I haven't been able to sleep for days now. At about four o'clock in the morning I finally doze off but I'm really tired when I wake up and this has been going on for days now. Any suggestions on how to finally doze off?

Four things I do to fall asleep: 1.try to keep your eyes closed for ten minutes 2.think of the word rock and nothing else while staring a the ceiling/wall for an hour.ever time you mess up, you have to start over.not really sure how, but it works sometimes 3.think of your favorite book close your eyes and imagen you as the main car.imagen the book from beginning to end and imagen how it would change the plot if you did something different 4.the most effective (to me) get in a comfortable position then think of something to do involveing getting up.usually this makes you want to stay in bed.close your eyes and you'll fall asleep.
Hope this helped!

Some things I do, is I create a story in my mind, or a drawing, I just make something in my mind. Sometimes, I'll also think a song to myself, and keep on singing it over and over again in my head. It might help, as well, to know what's keeping you up. Nightmares? Noises? Or just not tired enough? Do you have any idea about what it is?
